Please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form for each property, confirming the name of the property you wish to use, the period of use, and the number of people using the property.
Our Company
We will contact you after checking the availability. If there is no vacancy in the property you want, we will introduce you to properties that meet your requirements.

2ApplicationOur Company
The application form will be sent to you by fax or email.
*Please refrain from sending e-mails via mobile phone. You will need to print it out.
* If you do not have a fax or email, please contact us.

Please fill out the application form, stamp it, and return it to us by fax or email along with a copy of your photo ID within the deadline.

Step
3ContractOur Company
After confirming the details of your application form and conducting a simple screening, your reservation will be confirmed. We will then send you a fixed-term rental contract, a map, and other documents, including instructions for use.

Please reply with the fixed term rental agreement and complete the payment procedure (bank transfer, cash, credit card payment, or convenience store payment).
*We will explain the details to you over the phone when you sign the contract.
*In principle, contracts will be made electronically.

4Move-inOur Company
We will inform you of the method for receiving the keys at the time of signing the contract.
*Depends on the property you use

On the day of your move-in, please receive the key by the specified method before moving in. As a general rule, you must move in after 3:00 p.m.

5Moving outOur Company
When you move in, we will tell you how to move out and how to return the keys.
*Depends on the property you use.

Generally, our staff will not be present when you move out.
Please return the key by 3:00 p.m. on the last day using the method we told you when you signed the contract (also written in the notes we gave you when you signed the contract).*Depends on the property you use.
